Beyond frustrated. Walk in today to have my 14 month old checked who was screaming and crying holding her ear. For them to tell me they couldn't see her. As the women at the front desk is talking to me like I was not good enough to be there. Urgent care? Wow. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never go there again and will never tell anyone to go there..
For years this clinic has been my backup when I can't get in with my regular doctor. Every time I have been there I have received excellent care and attention from both the office staff and the physicians on staff. I could not recommend them more highly.

I highly recommend you ask to see Wendi Shillingburg she is awesome at what she does.She takes time to explain what is going on with the procedures. The nurses and receptionist were on top of their game as well.
If everyone has the experience and is treated like I was they will be glad they visited Hunt Club Urgent Care.
When my daughter was sick (rsv) we called at 6:30 pm, they claim to be open til 8, but the receptionist said the doctors had been really busy that day and can’t see anymore patients.... I.e, they wanted to close early.... then today I have a massive ear ache so I go to urgent care in bel air (my go to EVERYTIME) but the waiting room was so packed, so I call med express in lavale, and the gentleman on the phone told me that they were also packed, along with how many people were there and an approx wait time. So my last option was hunt club... the receptionist was very short with me on the phone “yes there’s a lot of people here, no I don’t know how long of a wait it is.” Super rude... so I now I’m waiting here at urgent care where the people are actually nice.
As much as I dislike going to the Doctor I have a story for you. I smashed a finger and we will just leave it at that.My employer sent me to Hunt Club Urgent Care. I don't get to wound up about things unless they are real bad or real good, stupid don't count.
Good service would be an understatement in my experience. I would highly recommend this facility. All the employees made me very comfortable. This is the most professional group of people at one place that knew their jobs that I ever seen.
