This place is a total rip off... they are over charging people and lying to people... I guess that is their way of paying for their new equipment and trucks. All this utility company cares about is money!! They will over charge your account & refuse to make the correct adjustments. Won't hesitate to blow your phone up if your a day late with a payment. If you need them, they might come within 30 days if your lucky. Just a sad excuse for a company.
